Celebrating Women in SaaS With PartnerStack’s “Give Her Her Flowers” Campaign
Did you know that, according to PartnerStack’s Women in SaaS 2025 Report, 84% of women surveyed contribute directly to revenue growth at their companies – and yet 94% have faced gender discrimination in their careers.
In an industry fueled by innovation, it’s time we not only recognize the women navigating these challenges while also driving progress in tech and SaaS, but that we also celebrate them. That’s exactly what PartnerStack’s Women in SaaS-powered campaign, Give Her Her Flowers, is designed to do, and they’re giving everyone working in SaaS a chance to take part.
PartnerStack has long been a trusted ally and collaborator of For Female Founders, supporting and amplifying our mission to empower women entrepreneurs and business leaders, so this campaign feels especially meaningful.
As I shared in my guest post for PartnerStack, realizing that many of the unique challenges I faced as a female founder were shared by countless other women striving to make their mark helped spark the creation of For Female Founders. That’s why Give Her Her Flowers resonates: it invites the SaaS community to pause, reflect on the data, and recognize women leading the way.
Read on to learn more about the campaign, how you can participate, and how you can get inspired at this summer’s Women in SaaS panel featuring powerhouse women leaders at STACK’D Connect in NYC.
How the ‘Give Her Her Flowers’ campaign is spotlighting women leaders
So, what is the Give Her Her Flowers campaign?
Launched as part of PartnerStack’s Women in SaaS initiative, Give Her Her Flowers is a digital experience designed to celebrate and recognize the incredible women leading in SaaS.
To participate, folks working in SaaS can submit free shoutouts in the form of symbolic flowers in a digital bouquet to honor women they currently or have previously worked with. These shoutouts recognize contributions that often go unseen: like women leaders breaking down barriers and driving revenue, inspiring teams, and uplifting others.
There are six bloom that each represent a different kind of recognition, and users can hover over individual flowers in the bouquet to read personalized messages of appreciation.
This campaign speaks to a deeper need within the tech and SaaS communities for greater visibility, acknowledgment, and celebration of female leadership. By spotlighting the specific achievements and challenges of women in SaaS, Give Her Her Flowers helps foster a culture that not only recognizes women’s contributions, but truly values them.

And, remember: you don’t have to be a woman to give a woman leader her flowers. The campaign is open to all eligible women (which includes trans women), allies, and community members who want to help spotlight the women shaping SaaS.

Help amplify women in SaaS, one flower at a time
As entrepreneurs and business leaders, we know how important it is to build meaningful connections with our audiences if we want to grow. But it’s just as important to recognize and uplift the women—and individuals from diverse backgrounds—we work alongside. Creating a more inclusive, supportive, and successful community can start with simple acts of recognition.
With that said, women in SaaS are doing the work. They’re driving growth, leading change, and taking down barriers, even when they aren’t always recognized for it.
If you know a woman in SaaS who’s made an impact, speak up, give her her flowers, and let her know her contributions matter.
